- Support with the digitalisation and optimisation of the recording and analysis of energy-related utilities (heating, electricity, water, etc.)
- Collaboration in the planning and implementation of metering concepts, as well as support in ensuring transparent consumption recording
- Assistance with energy procurement, including the preparation of tenders and negotiations, and the management of energy supply contracts
- Supporting the planning and implementation of energy-related refurbishment measures to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability
- Addressing energy-related issues in consultation with the Energy Manager, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Compiling relevant energy and sustainability metrics to contribute to the development and refinement of ESG reporting
- Contributing to ESG projects and the preparation of investor meetings, as well as communicating energy-related topics

Your profile
- A degree in energy, building services or utilities engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in energy management, for example through work placements or part-time student roles, ideally in the property sector or project development
- Knowledge of energy supply, metering systems, energy procurement and energy-efficient refurbishments
- An understanding of ESG requirements and sustainable energy concepts in the property sector
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; ideally, experience with energy management or building management systems
- An analytical, structured and independent approach to work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Very good command of German (at least C1 level), both spoken and written
