- Process responsibility for the Group’s fee settlement (invoicing, approval process, coordination with specialist departments and the accounts department)
- Liquidity planning and receivables management for the individual companies within the Group
- Intra-Group intercompany billing and accruals/deferrals within the Group’s companies
- Monthly reporting by the individual companies to their respective management teams
- Support with Group budgeting and forecasting
- Controlling partner for the business units: you will work with them to establish target/actual comparisons, forecasts and cost transparency
- Further development and implementation of contribution margin accounting for the Group and the individual companies
- Setting up and implementing fund consolidation in LucaNet together with the team lead
- Process improvement, automation and the use of AI: you will drive the further development of your own processes and contribute to initiatives across the entire finance department

Your profile
- A degree with a specialisation in accounting, controlling or finance, or an equivalent qualification
- At least three years’ professional experience, for example in financial or accounting consultancy, controlling, fund administration or group accounting
- A sound understanding of bookkeeping (posting logic, accruals, intercompany transactions) and a basic understanding of consolidation; basic knowledge of fund structures
- Highly proficient in Excel: you build models that others can maintain; experience with LucaNet, workflow tools or Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- Strong process-oriented mindset with proven experience in simplifying or automating workflows
- A structured and meticulous approach to work; results and documentation are comprehensible to third parties and can be reused
- Independent management of projects across accounting, service providers and specialist departments through to completion
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
