• Collaboration in the implementation of our ESG policies and group strategy in cooperation with the relevant business units and functions
• Further development of product-specific and group-wide sustainability reports
• Close collaboration with operational units to further develop the group-wide ESG strategy, policies, KPIs and targets, as well as to optimize internal sustainability projects
• Ensuring proper monitoring and implementation of current and future regulatory requirements in the areas of ESG and sustainability, with a particular focus on German and Luxembourg regulations, as well as EU regulation as the guiding framework
• Preparation of ESG analyses and ongoing research
• Execution of ESG IT implementation projects and development of innovative digital solutions to optimize processes
• Independent collection of building-related data and contribution to the systematic expansion of internal ESG data management
• Acting as an interface to clients and group-internal units for all ESG-related topics and inquiries

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in transaction, fund, or investment management, preferably with a focus on sustainability topics
• Results-oriented personality with strong numerical affinity and excellent analytical skills
• Very good command of the MS Office package, particularly MS Excel
• Independent, solution-driven, and team-oriented working style
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
