- Supporting the portfolio management function in the areas of real estate equity and real estate debt
- Collaboration in the structuring and realization of real estate and loan transactions as well as loan servicing
- Participation in the implementation and optimization of the term management of loan portfolios, existing properties and project developments
- Support in cash and liquidity management at asset and fund level and in the preparation of profitability analyses
- Assisting with the interface function to internal and external investment advisors and fund managers as well as analyzing outsourcing and commissions
- Identification and evaluation of KPIs for performance measurement as well as maintenance and optimization of internal databases
- Assistance in the preparation of internal and external reports as well as continuous reporting to management
- Participation in the implementation of various projects

- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on financing or real estate management
- Interest in transaction, fund or investment management, preferably in the area of real estate equity or real estate debt
- Results-oriented personality with a strong affinity for numbers and good analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
- Proactive, independent, solution- and team-oriented way of working
- Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
